SHIPPING INFORMATION

MARCO Designer Jeweler custom jewelry is always shipped at our pleasure for FREE.

Jewelry 10% off sale offer is valid for Zodiac Collection jewelry on the first purchase for all models shown and purchased online only. This offer is not valid for custom design conceptual new "build" jewelry designs. All custom conceptual design new "build" jewelry will receive a breakdown consisting of the best sale prices. The breakdown may consist of the handmade wax model, casting, gold, silver or platinum metal current world market rate, gemstones settings, rhodium platinum plating, finishing and polishing.

MARCO Designer Jeweler online deliveries require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, MARCO Designer Jeweler does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

MARCO Designer Jeweler custom jewelry accepts online orders for shipment to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery will take 4-7 business days for shipment to the United States. Shipment time will vary for pre-order products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase of my custom designer jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (non custom orders) within 7 days after receiving your order, we will gladly offer:

• Free return shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.

• An exchange in the form of a MARCO Designer Jeweler credit.

•A refund to the original credit card used for payment of products (subject to restrictions and inspections).*

*If approved, all non custom jewelry order refunds will be credited to the original method of payment on your order. The returned product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging. Any special orders, made-to-order – custom designed products, custom sizes, modifications to original designs, final sale products, and 72-hour event products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. MARCO Designer Jewelers Gift Cards and merchandise credit are not refundable or redeemable for cash. 

FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In order to return your merchandise, you must telephone Customer Service at 954-732-2438 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once the return is authorized, you will be emailed the Return Authorization # and the address to print a return shipping label. Please pack your product for return securely with the proper materials to avoid any damage. This includes the invoice/receipts, the original diamond grading report (if applicable), and the jewelry box. We will not be responsible for a refund on any returned products damaged or lost due to shipping from the purchaser. Please note that there is a restocking fee per item returned, and the original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refunded. Products returned will incur a restocking fee  of 20% of the original purchase price. Please follow these steps to complete your return. Please note: All engraved and/or custom jewelry cannot be accepted back as a return. Once you receive the return request authorization email from us, please mail back the product(s) with insurance for the value of the product within 7 days after your request has been approved. The return package should include a copy of the packing list/original receipt of purchase and your Return Authorization number, which will be provided in the initial phone call and the return request authorization email. Please be sure to write down on the outside of the box top of the shipment your RA #.  MARCO Designer Jeweler cannot be held liable for products lost or damaged in transit for returns. Please do not write anything on the outside of the box that would indicate there is jewelry inside. Do not write diamonds, jewelry, gold, or anything that indicates what may be inside the package. Once the package arrives, we will inspect the contents and verify the condition of the item(s). A credit will be made within 5 business days. The credit will be made using the method of payment for the original order. MARCO Designer Jeweler will not accept or issue a refund for any products that have been shipped back without a Return Authorization # that has been worn, abused and with any stones missing. MARCO Designer Jeweler prefers FedEx or UPS insured for the full retail value with a signature required upon delivery. If you use the post office, please insure the package and send it registered mail with signature required upon delivery. Note: You are responsible for your return shipping and handling fees. MARCO Designer Jeweler is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged return shipments. 

Please make sure to use the name MARCO Designer (DO NOT PUT ON THE BOX THE WORD "JEWELER") when shipping the package back to us.  

We will send you email updates regarding the status of your return request, including when your return is received at our facility and when your return is exchanged or refunded. Please be advised that it will take 10 to 15 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

TRANSACTIONS

MARCO Designer Jeweler reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased or that appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We may need certain identifications that are required for online credit card purchases.
